The operating system supports only one input device at the same time:
a) The mouse mode works when the mouse mode and the touch mode coordinate at the same time;
b) When multiple touch modes coordinate at the same time, the device that gives priority to the data is given priority;
c) When multiple mouse modes are simultaneously coordinated, the device that gives priority to the data is given priority

a) Calibration data error may be reset or re calibrated using service program (touchservice);
b) The display screen is not full screen, if not full screen, please contact the display driver board manufacturers;
c) The mounted touch box does not correspond to the AA area of the display. Please reinstall it

a) Verify that the operating system supports multitouch;
b) Verify that the software used for testing supports multi touch - the application software developed by the client;
c) For the win7/8 operating system, you can use the service program(TouchService)Set to multi touch mode. 
d)For Mac OS，UPDD driver is necessary for multitouch.
